You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping charges.
Opened items will be charged a 15% return fee and shipping charges unless exchanged for product of equal or higher value. Call 858-761-4183 before placing order to answer any questions if you are uncertain on your purchase.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our shipping error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc., restocking fees will still apply if defective and no new product is purchased)
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-5 days of receipt of returned item.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We are a San Diego based company and we focus our sales only on the Greater San Diego area for best customer care posibilities. Any orders outside of zip codes 91901 to 92199 may have delivery charges adjusted to published rates. You will be notified if your order is cancelled or shipping rates change. Delivery window may be extended by 2 to 5 business days. Note that there are fulfillment restrictions on some products, and no products will be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and dimension-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
